The Q4 Cashflow Stack
Hey —
John here.
Q4 is here. Labor Day weekend is the setup weekend. If you set up three stackable services in the next four days, you can get paid October, November, and December on autopilot. Four-minute read.
Reply "WIN" if you tried a Money Move play this week. I read every one.
The Quick Version
Labor Day weekend is Q4's official launch pad
Three services you build in one weekend, harvest for three months
Q4 is when holiday-facing businesses make up to 40% of their annual revenue
Total setup time: one weekend. Total upside: ongoing cashflow through Christmas.
What's Happening Right Now
Q4 (October through December) is the biggest revenue window of the year for any business that touches gifting, holiday retail, or year-end campaigns.
According to the National Retail Federation, holiday season sales typically account for 20 to 40 percent of a retailer's annual revenue depending on category. For Etsy sellers, gift shops, and holiday-focused e-commerce, that number leans toward the top of the range.
Every holiday-facing business owner knows this. Most of them wait until October to prepare. By then, the setup window has closed.
Labor Day weekend is the last quiet weekend before Q4 starts. That makes it the perfect setup weekend.
The 3 Stackable Services
You build these three services one time. Each targets a different type of business owner. Each pays month over month from October to December.

Different buyer types, different delivery workflows, zero overlap. That's what makes it a stack instead of three separate businesses.
Why Stacking Beats Standalone
Three buyer types means no one runs out of leads in the same month
Three delivery workflows means work is spread across the quarter
Three price entry points means every budget has a match
Three renewal moments means recurring cashflow through December

Set up over Labor Day. Harvest October through December.
The Math That Actually Works
Three clients booked at four ninety-seven each = fourteen hundred ninety-one in your account by early October.
If any two clients renew for the next month, that's another one thousand in November. Another renewal in December and you're at four thousand plus for Q4 alone.
This isn't guaranteed. It's realistic if you set up the weekend and send the messages.
The 3 prompts:
1. The Discovery (send to your prospect to fill out)
Interview me as a Q4 marketing strategist. My client is a [BUSINESS TYPE] preparing for the October to December holiday season. Ask 6 short questions to surface: their top 3 products or offers, their target holiday buyer, what worked in Q4 last year, what didn't, one Q4 goal they haven't figured out how to hit, and their preferred content delivery format. Warm and professional. Under 5 minutes to answer. Every sentence must earn its place.2. The Builder (paste the discovery answers)
Based on the discovery answers I paste, build the Q4 content pack for this business. If this is a gift copywriting client, generate 10 personalized gift listing descriptions in their voice. If this is an e-commerce email client, generate a 5-email Black Friday sequence with subject lines and full copy. If this is a local business content client, generate 30 holiday social captions with hashtags, calendared across October, November, and December. Ready to deliver with zero edits needed. Every sentence must earn its place.3. The Renewal (send 25 days after delivery)
Write a 3-paragraph renewal message to send the client 25 days after delivering their Q4 pack. Paragraph one: ask how the content is performing (opens, sales, engagement). Paragraph two: offer the next month's pack at the same rate, delivered before the next month starts. Paragraph three: soft yes structure so they can just reply "yes" and you handle everything. Warm and professional. Under 200 words. Every sentence must earn its place. The Labor Day Weekend Rhythm
Friday: Pick which of the three services fits you first. Build one sample using the Builder prompt on a business you already know.
Saturday: Message 20 potential clients across all three buyer types. Include your sample.
Sunday: Reply to every response. First "yes" locked in by Monday morning.
Following weekend (Sept 5 to 7): Deliver Client 1's Q4 pack. Invoice four ninety-seven.
Weekend after (Sept 12 to 14): Deliver Client 2. Book Client 3.
By October 1: All three delivered. Money in the account. Renewals lined up for November.
Why This Matters Right Now
Q4 is the one time of year when small business owners will pay above their normal rate because the stakes are so high. Every day of the holiday season they don't have content ready is a day they lose to competitors.
The window to sell them help is small. It opens right after Labor Day and closes around October 15. After that, they've either found help or given up on the season.
Set up before the window opens. Sell during the window. Get paid through it.
This Weekend
Pick your service. Build one sample. Message twenty prospects Saturday morning.
If you started the thirty-day school-day play two weeks ago, this is the play you layer on top of it. Different clients, different work, different cashflow stream. Same weekend rhythm.
"Set once. Paid through Christmas."
Stack the streams.
